Overview Venue and Accommodation
The Symposium venue is the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (in German: Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz, FHNW) in the city of Brugg, Switzerland. Brugg, which is located about 28 kilometers from Zürich. Hotel rooms have been blocked in the historic city of Baden near Brugg (about 10 minutes away by train), because more and better hotels are available there. Both cities can be easily reached by public transit.
Getting to Baden/Brugg
By Airplane
Fly into Zurich, Switzerland Airport (Kloten Airport – ZRH). Take a thirty five minute train ride from the airport to either Baden or Brugg. Zürich Airport railway station(German: Zürich Flughafen) is a railway station serving Zürich Airport in Switzerland. The station is located underneath the Airport Centre, the main ground-side passenger terminal of the airport, which is in the canton of Zürich and the municipality of Kloten. By Train

By Car
- For travel directly to Symposium venue, use Motorway A3 to Exit 19 – Brugg-Windisch. Set your navigation system to Windisch. There is a public parking lot with 240 spaces below building number 5 (P2). Cash payment only.
- For travel directly to hotels in Baden, use Motorway A1 to Exit 55 – Neuenhof. Set your navigation system to hotel address.
